• MODIFICATIONS You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the survey to fit your purposes.
• UNAUTHORIZED USE You may not place the 4Cs Employee Survey Template, modified or unmodified, on any Web site, Social Media account or any other medium and offer it for redistribution or resale of any kind.
• ASSIGNABILITY You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Insightlink Communications.
• OWNERSHIP You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to the content of the 4Cs Employee Survey Template, modified or unmodified. This template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Insightlink Communications be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use this template.
• TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement shall remain in effect as long as you retain the template.
